3 C’s of Leadership

Where did I learn this? I found myself asking this question today. I am in a leadership role at my place of employment. I enjoy it, the people, and the ability to serve others and contribute.

 Here is what is different: day-to-day leadership is much different from the TED talks, Seminars, and books. Here is an example 

  I worked through a situation on COVID protocols with HR, communicating the information to the staff, sending emails to address requests, learning about protocols, and then moving on to the next appointment. 

  So, where did I learn this? I have zero clue. All I know is that a motivational speech wasn’t involved, nor were mantras or mission statements.

 It was me working with people across various departments. Leadership involves communication, collaboration, and compromise.
