Hours before your scheduled wake-up time?

Do you end up thinking about work, family, taxes, projects?

Then you don’t fall back asleep?

Next, you are a zombie all day, consuming coffee and red bull?

Here is a tip. When you wake up, don’t think about anything. Just do this one simple thing.

Count backward, starting at 300. Count by 3’s.

For example 300,297,294,291-etc. It works for me.

Soon I am back to sleep!
