Beyond the wall of fear.

Our fears can be like a giant wall. It blocks our view of our future hopes and our past victories as well as our past achievements. All the wall can do is block. Not erase. We can look past the wall and see our past victories and future dreams. They are as clear as we want them to be. So when you see the wall. Do this. Close your eyes and think back to the times when you won. The events you celebrated. The people who supported you. One by one, brick by brick, the wall begins to fall. The situations that generate your fears will still exist, but you can move through them, manage them, and deal with them from a place of strength.
