The best use of your thinking time

Instant happens in the movies. For example two people meet fall in love and make decisions in under two hours.

Life doesn't work that way. Falling in love takes time.

Waiting on a opportunity takes time.

How do you use your wait time?

Our minds are quick to fill the time for us.

We can spend the time doubting, not believing it will happen for us.

This mindset deep down believes that if you take a negative mental position, that somehow.

Some way. You will be rewarded .

It sounds odd. The truth is this. You give 100 percent of your effort towards a task, but mentally you decide to believe the worst .

You choose to think the worst because you don't want to get your hopes up, you also want to be prepared to accept it if it happens .

To this mind negative thinking acts like an umbrella.

It has it's costs.

To the outside world, you appear patient, calm, and all together.

Inside a storm is raging and it is hurting you.

This is tricky, you don't want to release the storm onto others.

This isn't helpful at all.

What you can do is this.

Battle to change the weather.

It takes effort to fight the emotional war within you.

It is worth it. Worth it to fight it:
