I. believe it is important to remember that comfort is not the goal. The goal is the task you are attempting. Ask yourself, is comfort the real goal? Comfort is reserved for vacations, weekends, and hang-out times with friends and family. In those situations, seeking comfort is a good thing. But in pursuing goals, it may be better to go in with the expectation that there will be uncomfortable moments and develop a strategy to manage and cope with them. What is uncomfortable to you?
