Happy New Year!

The New Year begins today. I did an exercise yesterday where I wrote down everything I wished to leave behind in 2022, and when I was finished, I tore up the sheet of paper. I expected that everything I left behind would stay back in 2023. Bad habits and thoughts aren’t like old clothes that you can leave in a trash can or recycle bin. They come along with you even as you desire them to stay back. What is the alternative? The other option is to complete an exercise that allows me to bring forward what I hope to carry into 2023. This exercise allows me to be able to see what I desire. A positive habit or ritual is something that I can work on in the new year. Ask yourself this question. What is it that I want to bring forward into the New Year? Please write it down. Work on it. Day by Day.
