Keep Moving

There is a daily battle between the body and the mind. The body will begin its tasks, and the mind is the object. For example, heading back to work on Monday after the weekend.

The mind-objects, as soon as the alarm goes off. The mind begins to assert its case. Often without considering the consequences of its decisions.

The body responds by ignoring the mind and beginning the tasks of the day.

The morning routine. The plans for the week. The decisions that need to be made, and the action that needs to be taken.

This is how to move through the morning. Am I ignoring the mind or pushing it in a different direction.

Not 100 percent was sure.

Just keep moving.

Keep planning.

Do the things that deep down you don’t want to do.

It will lead to breakthroughs.
