Growth

Growth is not instant. It takes time. For an easy example look at your birth certificate. I am positive that the height and weight when you born is much different than your height and weight today. This is because grew.

You have grown and the growth took time.
The same principles apply to goal-setting and career objectives.
Growth takes time and growth isn’t instant.

Speaking of goals. How are you doing with them? If you are still working on your goals you set in January awesome. If you quit along the way the rest of the post is for you.

A few questions. Why did you quit? Perhaps you had unrealistic expectations surrounding growth.

for example podcasting, there are thousands of podcasts on platforms that have only a few episodes or blogs that haven’t been updated for months or even years.
Did you believe that you would grow quickly and then when you didn’t get that growth you stopped?
The good news is that you can start again. I can’t say that you will grow if you continue you may or you may not. Numerically I mean. You will experience growth. Growth in your confidence. Growth in your experience. Growth in your knowledge. The time will pass, and how you fill it is up to you. Just remember this. Growth takes time.
