Changing an internal story takes work. For example, upon waking up in the morning, in your mind, you may have set the intention to list what you are thankful for. But in the middle of that list, concerns about your workday pop up. Your health, your friend's health, the bills, traffic, and now, instead of feeling thankful, you are filled with worry, dread, and fear. So what is the answer? The answer is this. Start over and try again. If it didn't work the first time. There is always the second, third, fourth, fifth, and so on. The point is effort matters. The effort builds resilience. Resilience will lead to a path forward that you can be proud of. So keep going
