I wasn’t planning on that happening. But, pretty sure we all had to deal with an unexpected event or circumstance at one time or another. These can send us into various emotions depending on the situation or outcome. It could be Fear, anger, sadness, or even joy.
Joy is the easiest to deal with. Fear, anger, or sadness is a bit more difficult. In these situations, I say, “It is what it is.” After that, I attempt to move on to the next decision. The next task.
