Embrace the good decisions.

Your past self made some good decisions. The majority of the time, I find myself replaying the poor decisions that I made. This morning, I decided to try something different. What if I looked back at the positive decisions I made in the past? Guess what? I discovered plenty of them. Often, my poor decisions sit there like a rock, blocking movement on the road. All I need to do is acknowledge it, learn from it, and then move it to the side. After doing this, I noticed all good choices begin moving forward. So how about you? Try this: look back several years and make good decisions. After finding one, thank your past self for making those decisions. Pick any year or date you desire. Here is how you can frame it. What did you do five years ago that has positively affected your life today? Journal your answer. Then, come back to it when you need to.
