Starting the week with optimistic thoughts doesn’t guarantee positive outcomes.

I believe that beginning the week with thinking centered around your strengths, talents, and opportunities in front of you prepares you to respond when and if situations in your day go sideways.

Preparation isn’t acquiescence to negativity. On the contrary, preparation allows for a measured response, a way to bring your strength and best self to any situation you are confronted with, good, bad, or somewhere in between.
