Progress Through Adversity

It’s easy to lose sight of your goals when faced with challenging situations. Moving forward can feel like trudging through mud. However, I’ve realized that even when emotions like sadness or anger are overwhelming, it’s still possible to take small, actionable steps toward your goals. Remember, your goals are options—and options can be chosen. What will you choose to do?
