Vision as a child.

How did you picture your life in the future as a child? As a child, I knew being married and having a family was a goal. Regarding my occupation as a child, my desire was to be as wealthy and famous as possible. The form of this desire could have been a pro athlete, musician, or actor. Based on my observations looking back, the desires of my childhood were centered around appearance and position. The type of character or a personal way of carrying myself and showing up in the world was not considered. Looking back, the need to have a vibrant spiritual life and be part of a support community didn’t appear. Neither the drive to be a leader nor a positive influence on those around me developed. A childhood desire to learn and work towards my aspirations is still in place today. A childhood mind is innocent and curious. It doesn’t understand motives or seek to craft life to please others.
