Appreciations or Complaints? If you were to audit your daily speech patterns or conversations, what would you find more of? Do you complain more or share your appreciation of a person or a situation? Don’t judge yourself by your responses. Maybe at times, you are complaining for a positive reason. For example, you need to vent to a committed listener or counselor.
